The Earth INFJ

Every element produces its own Veilseer, and the version at hand here runs on earth. Veil is the thing drawn across a meaning. A seer reads what moves behind it without waiting to be told. Grounded supplies the earth half of the name, a pull toward the center rather than toward any single direction. On the energy axis, earth sits at exactly zero, so it adds nothing to this reading. Everything shifts onto the processing axis instead. There, earth's steady order runs against this type's instinct for symbol and feeling. The tension is real but not severe, so earth INFJ lands as a gap type of moderate strength.

Each quarter this type ends up drafting the mission language for the plan everyone else is too busy to write. Nobody hands the job over on purpose. It simply lands there again, on the quiet assumption that the words will already be right. A small container helps here. A fixed weekly slot gets blocked off like any meeting. It goes to standing outside with attention on nothing but the feel of pavement underfoot. Not reflection, not planning, not rest exactly. Just the ground, visited on a schedule rather than only after everything else has already slipped past holding.

Strengths

One-on-one, you pick up on feelings the other person hasn't even managed to articulate for themselves, and hand them back clarified, better understood than they arrived.
You don't let a vision stay a vision. You break it into unglamorous, repeatable steps and carry it all the way through to completion.
Standing between two people in conflict, you stay level enough to design a middle ground both sides can actually accept, cooling the temperature of the room without picking a side.

Blind Spots

Even for someone you've deeply supported, the instant the exchange stops feeling mutual, you can quietly lower the shutters without warning, leaving them with nothing but the sudden distance and no explanation for it.
People tend to read you as hard to get close to because you rarely show the whole of what's underneath, even as, privately, you're aching with the sense that no one truly understands you, a loneliness that only grows because you never quite open the door yourself.
