Who Runs This

BaziTypology is operated under the name "BaziTypology Team," a solo project — there's no separate company behind it. The same person handles planning, development, writing, and every reply that goes out through this form. For more on how the site and its content are put together, see our About page.

Response Policy

Every message is read individually. As a rough target, we aim to reply within three to five business days, though some messages take longer and a few don't get an individual reply — thanks for understanding. Replies go to the email address you provide in the form.

What we can help with

• Display or functional bugs in the free read
• Questions or corrected facts about a profile page or reference article
• Privacy Policy or Terms of Service questions
• Press, feature, or partnership inquiries
• Copyright or trademark concerns

What we can't help with

• Personal advice about your own personality, career, relationships, or health — we don't offer one-on-one interpretation of results
• Anything requiring medical, psychological, legal, or financial judgment
• General feedback that doesn't expect a reply — we still read it, but we may not respond individually

A Note on Privacy

Our contact form runs on Google Forms. What you submit is used only to handle your inquiry and for no other purpose. You never need to include identifying personal details — a birth date, family information, and so on — to reach us. If you're asking about a specific reading, the type name or result-page URL is more than enough. For how we handle information generally, see our Privacy Policy. Because the form itself is hosted and stored on Google's infrastructure, Google's own privacy policy applies to that part of the process.
