Terms of Service
Effective date: July 14, 2026 (English version published August 26, 2026)
These Terms of Service govern your use of "BaziTypology" (the "Service"), provided by the BaziTypology Team ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The authoritative, most complete version of these Terms is the Japanese-language Terms of Service; this page presents the same terms in English for English-speaking users.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service is personality-profiling content built for entertainment and self-reflection. A reading is a typological piece of writing based on your birth date and your own answers — it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please make any important decision using your own judgment and at your own responsibility.
2. Intellectual Property
Rights to the text, character artwork, logos, design, and other content included in the Service belong to us or to their rightful owners. Beyond the sharing features the Service itself provides, you may not reproduce, republish, modify, or redistribute this content without permission.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automatically collect content from the Service, or otherwise act against applicable law or public order.
4. Disclaimer
We make no warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service's content. Except where a loss results from our own willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
5. Changes to the Service
We may change, add to, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice to users.
6. Amendments to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. A revised version takes effect once it is posted on this page.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
