The Wood ESTJ

Magistrate is an existing word, from magister, someone whose job is to apply the standard rather than invent one. It's a title for an executor, not a theorist. For the wood half, the fitting word is Evolving. It suits a type that keeps expanding the standard rather than just enforcing it as-is. Neither axis pulls wood ESTJ outward or inward, so the pairing rests entirely on how each side builds. Wood's drive to build and a drive toward order share that one axis fully, strongly. Agreeing on that one axis is enough, by itself, to make wood ESTJ a strong synergy type.

The department takes on a new region overnight, and by morning wood ESTJ already has the shift rotation rebuilt and the reporting lines fixed before lunch. The new hires' badges haven't even printed yet. Someone asks for an exception to one of the new rules, and the reason takes a full four sentences to explain, longer than the rule itself. Wood ESTJ has already moved to the next line item by sentence two. One fixed rule is worth dropping here, not adding. Before answering an exception request, the whole four sentences, heard through to the end, before the next line item starts. It costs maybe ninety seconds a week. It's usually enough to catch the one exception that actually mattered.
