The Five ESTJ Archetypes — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water
The Magistrate runs the room in all five versions. How much of himself shows while he's doing it is the real variable. Wood grows the whole grove and keeps every single row in line. Fire keeps perfect order on the surface while something closer to magma builds right under the deadline. Earth is the floor the whole operation runs on, simply by standing where he stands. Metal is the pillar that won't bend — and, more importantly, won't pretend to. Water is right almost every time, and warm almost never.
