The Wood INTJ

A bare branch in early spring tests which way is up long before any warm week confirms it was right. Testing ahead of confirmation is one of wood's oldest habits. The Evolving half of this name comes from exactly that: building on a hunch before the evidence arrives. Pull the name apart: tower, the raised lookout, and mind, what turns a wide view into a plan. On the structural axis wood and wood INTJ build in the same key, both stacking one true thing on the next. On the outward axis they split. Wood reaches out while wood INTJ pulls sharply inward, and the inward pull edges the agreement out by a narrow margin. The result reads as a synergy type, but a faint one.

The project's scope has just doubled to cover a new region. The first question at kickoff isn't how, it's whether the five-year premise underneath still holds at all. Wood INTJ raises it before anyone else does, and the room goes quiet long enough to realize the question is fair. The whole plan gets rebuilt from that one point, alone, over the following two nights. One fixed practice is worth dropping here, not adding. Once a quarter, skip the planning session entirely, and spend that hour in the room where the new region's team actually works. Saying nothing, just listening. No agenda, no deliverable. It won't speed up the testing, but it keeps the tower from forgetting what the ground underneath looks like.
