The Earth ENFP

Earth, in the old five-element scheme, has no direction of its own. It is simply the center everything else moves around. Spark is the small flare that starts something. A wright is the old word for whoever builds it into something lasting. That same still center is what "Grounded" adds to the front of Sparkwright's name. This type's outward pull is about as strong as the system measures. None of it counts here, though, because earth's own energy axis stays fixed at zero. What actually decides the reading is the processing axis. There, earth's plain repetition runs hard against this type's scattering, associative current. That leaves earth ENFP a strong gap type, the fixed post pulling one way and the flare pulling another.

Every project kickoff on this rotation waits, unofficially, for this type to walk in. The idea starts to feel possible only once that happens. The room has quietly built that expectation without saying so out loud. A small handoff eases the weight. After the opening burst, the follow-through gets handed to someone else entirely, on record. It does not get carried alongside the very next spark. The kickoff still catches fire every time. It is just not required to also finish the job, on the same short fuse, kickoff after kickoff, project after project, one rotation to the next.
